•Dr. Pedersen’s nutritional expertise has led to the creation of over 150 products for various companies. He has 22 published studies, articles and books. He advised Arnold Schwarzenegger and later published studies on the benefits of protein supplementation in body builders. While serving in the US Military Special Operations Medical Association he published a summary of four clinical studies showing the complete elimination of Malaria parasites from infected individuals. He is also the co-author of the international bestseller “Chicken Soup for the Enriching Soul.”
